International Welcome Course
As an international student we offer you the opportunity to attend college just before your course starts. This 1 week programme is specially designed for international students and assists with language, culture and getting to know the College and the local area. We will also advise you on how to open up a bank account, how to obtain a National Insurance Number, how to register with a doctor, how to find a part time job and much more. This course is held at the College in August each year and is free of charge.
Banff and Buchan College will write to you to confirm the start date of your course. However, we encourage all students to attend our International Welcome Course so that they benefit from the important information, course awareness and additional English language training that is on offer.
