Access key functionality is accessed differently across different browsers, the following list gives a brief summary of how to use access keys in the most popular browsers:
Internet Explorer 6+: Hold down the Alt key and select the number/letter of the access key, then press Enter.
Internet Explorer 6+ for Mac: Hold down the Ctrl key and select the number/letter of the access key
Mozilla/Firefox: Hold down the Alt key, Shift Key and select the number/letter of the access key
Opera 7+ : Hold down the Shift key and press the Esc key to turn Access Keys on, then select the number/letter of the access key
Links
Whenever possible, links are written to make sense out of context. Some browsers for example JAWS, Lynx and Opera can extract the list of links on a page and allow the user to browse the list separately.
No links open new or popup windows without warning.

All content images include descriptive ALT attributes.
Structural graphics have been given null ALT attributes.
