bressuire-bistro

The Bressuire Bistro is our more casual eating area where customers are served food from the counter.  All items are individually priced and this facility will hold 44 people. The Bressuire Bistro was appropriately named after the Twinning links which Fraserburgh has with Bressuire in the Dux Sèvres region of France. This was set up in 1995 when a group of Catering students, staff and two local chefs were invited to take part in a cookery competition during the annual Convivale in Bressuire.  Since then, the students have had exchange visits with the Lycèe Professionnel Hôtelier in Poitiers; others have had summer placements in Bressuire.  Host families provide accommodation in both towns, thus adding to the experience of "Twinning".

Booking is not required for the Bressuire Bistro, which opens from 11.45 am - 12.30pm for lunch on a Tuesday, Thursday and Friday during term time however is advisable to telephone on 01346 586154 to ensure the Bistro is open.
