The Wallace Training Restaurant is located in our thriving Catering & Hospitality sector. The restaurant was renamed in 2002 in memory of Rodger Wallace who established the original Catering section in 1984. The restaurant décor is based around the Wallace Tartan colours of red, black and yellow, giving the restaurant a lovely bright, warm feel. This approach leads into our Customer Service Promise – “We endeavour to provide a quality service and fine cuisine from our Hospitality Team in a warm, vibrant and friendly environment.”
The Wallace Restaurant is now closed for Easter Holidays - we resume for business on:
Wednesday 16th May - Limited tables available at 11.45am
Thursday 17th May - Sorry we are fully booked - but try for another day.
Friday 18th May - Limited tables available at 11.45am
3 course lunch including tea and coffee is available at a reasonably priced £11 per person, speciality coffees are £1 extra.
Lunch is served, during term time, on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at the booking times of 11.45 am, 12.00 noon or 12.15 pm. Last orders into the kitchen are by 12.30 and the restaurant closes at 2.15 pm. Occasional Licenses are applied for to sell wine on our Special Themed Days.

Please note that in keeping with our Alcohol Policy you will only be allowed to consume 1½ glasses per person on the premises. You are welcome to take the rest of your bottle home with you and we will give you a free bottle bag to take it home in. On other occasions please feel free to supply your own wine – preferably with a cork for training purposes. Bookings can be made by telephone on 01346 586154. Please note that unfortunately we cannot accept debit or credit card payments.
